Brian Cox has caused a meltdown in the BBC studios this week after rocking up to his interview on The One Show looking as young and dashing as ever.
The 53-year old scientist appeared ageless on the sofa with his fresh face and long brown hair as he spoke on The One Show during Tuesday night's episode (1 May).
Chatting to hosts Jermaine Jenas and Angela Scanlon about his latest show, Brian Cox's Adventures in Space and Time, the presenters couldn't help but address his fantastic looks as well as how great his new star-gazing show is.
Presenter Angela Scanlon, who has recently stood in for regular Alex Jones on the chat show, immediately wanted to know the secret of Brian's ever-youthful looks.
Angela started off by telling physicist Brian: "A lot of the chat [about the show] has been around how you look incredibly fresh".
She continued, saying to him there are "suggestions the BBC are storing you in liquid nitrogen" to preserve his seemingly un-changed appearance, prompting a laugh from Brian on the sofa.
Angela then asked: "What is your secret?"
Brian was quick to see the funny side of the fan speculation, bantering back: "I'd like to say it was something to do with Einstein's Theory of Relativity"
He continued, saying: "I don't know really, there's one thing that I noticed is that although as you said my hair might have got a bit shorter and a bit longer but didn't change much my accent was incredibly Manchester 15 years ago".
On his changing accent which he says used to be more Northern, he said: "And you don't notice unless you see yourself".
Brian then poked fun at his old Mancunian accent by doing an impression of how he used to talk about scientific theories, saying: "
