Holly Willoughby shows off her impressive flexibility during her last ever Celebrity Juice episode

During her last appearance on Celebrity Juice as team captain, Holly Willoughby showed off her impressive flexibility.

Holly, 39, wowed viewers as she lifted her leg above her head, as she tried to see if she was flexible as she was in an earlier episode of the ITV2 comedy panel show.

Holly and former team captain Fearne Cotton, who left the show in 2018, had to eat carrots with their legs over their heads and host Leigh Francis, aka Keith Lemon asked Holly to see if she was still as “bendy”.

Mum-of-three Holly successfully lifted her leg above her head while dressed in a green blouse and jeans and also revealed she had two odd black sliders on her feet.

For Holly’s final episode, Keith, 47, looked back at her best bits over the years.

Opening up on leaving the show after 12 years, Holly said: “It was obviously a massive decision to make and a scary decision! Obviously 12 years is a really long time of doing something.”

She also advised her successor to “enjoy every moment because there is no show like it.”

Holly and Keith were joined on the show by John Barrowman, Mel B and Joey Essex, who all filmed from their homes.

Holly wrote on Instagram: “Up to the usual @celebjuiceofficial shenanigans tonight… with one slight change… it’s my last one… having a little look back at the last 12 years of giggles… tonight @itv2 @celebjuiceofficial 10pm… see you there…”

"Thank you to you all for watching..we’ve always had the loudest and best audiences. Also a huge thank you to @itv2 for believing in the show in the first place and for all of your support…
