Here’s How Much Michelle Pfeiffer Is Really Worth

Can anyone wear a catsuit like Michelle Pfeiffer? As The Seattle Times correctly put it, Pfeiffer was the real star of the 1992 classic Batman Returns. Despite her iconic characters and award recognition — she’s won a Golden Globe Award as well as a BAFTA and has received three Oscar nominations — Pfeiffer left Hollywood for several years. In fact, she didn’t return to Hollywood until her kids were grown. Pfeiffer has two children with her husband, TV producer and writer David E. Kelley, who gave us compelling hits like Big Little Lies and The Undoing.

In the spirit of sage matrimonial advice, Pfeiffer shares that she never works with Kelley. “I’ve seen a lot of couples where they seem to have a really great marriage, and then they work together and next year they’re filing for divorce,” Pfeiffer told The New Yorker in January 2021. Pfeiffer’s career certainly doesn’t need any help — she’s been a massive success and has the net worth to prove it.

Michelle Pfeiffer opened up about imposter syndrome

Michelle Pfeiffer is a major Hollywood player and the fact that her husband, David E. Kelley, is a force behind the scenes of popular TV shows means that they have combined powers. This clout has also turned into some serious cash too. Celebrity Net Worth lists their fortune at $250 million.

Despite Pfeiffer’s undeniable talent and success, she can be surprisingly self-deprecating. She told The New Yorker in January 2021: “I don’t like looking at my work. I’m never satisfied.”

In fact, Pfeiffer said that over her career, she has struggled with feeling like a fraud. Pfeiffer explained why this is the case. “Well, that’s typically my fear about my performances, that this will be the performance I will be discovered as the fraud that I have known all along that I am,” she told The New Yorker. “That really comes from not being classically trained. I didn’t go to Juilliard. I didn’t study a lot. I studied in workshops and things like that, but I didn’t come from the theatre. There was a real snobbery when I started acting.”

Pfeiffer’s insecurities are surprising from an outside perspective, but it’s refreshing that the actress was so candid about struggles that many people will relate to.
