LIVERPOOL forward Diogo Jota has used his time on the sidelines to become the best FIFA player in the WORLD.
The 24-year-old has been out of action for the Reds since suffering a knee injury against FC Midtjylland in the Champions League two months ago.
But while he rests up off the field, on the Playstation he has risen to number one in the FIFA Ultimate Team Champions leaderboard, meaning he is officially the best FIFA player on the planet.
He posted a photo of the game on his Instagram story to prove he had achieved the feat.
And he added the caption: "Just said I will play until I lose."
Back in December, Jota told The Athletic: "Since my dad gave me my first PlayStation as a kid, it's been like another passion of mine. I always played football on it.
His FUT side features four icon cards in Brazilian Ronaldo, Eusébio, Ruud Gullit and Patrick Vieira.
He has Burnley shot stopper Nick Pope in goal and has also included himself as a 99-rated card in left midfield.

It is not yet known when Jota will return to action for Liverpool, but in mid-December it was predicted he would miss between six and eight weeks.
The Portuguese attacker was in sensational form prior to his injury.
Jota netted nine goals in 17 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side before being forced to watch his team struggle from the sidelines.
Liverpool face Manchester City on Sunday in a bid to close the gap at the top of the Premier League to four points.
