Howie Mandel is trolling his much-maligned interview with Tom Sandoval ahead of Ariana Madix’s appearance on “Call Her Daddy.”
Alex Cooper, who hosts the popular podcast, posted a teaser for her upcoming “Scandoval”-themed episode, to which Mandel cheekily responded in the comments, “I just hope you’ve done your homework.”
Followers both laughed at Mandel’s self-awareness and criticized him for not doing his due diligence at the time of his sit-down with the disgraced “Vanderpump Rules” star.

“@howiemandel Can’t handle another disastrous Tom interview. I bet you wished you picked Ariana 😂,” noted another.
“@howiemandel oof! Never gonna live that down 😢😂😂,” shared another.
“@howiemandel why? Do you regret not doing yours? Do you feel bad about how you boosted Tom & dismissed Ariana without knowing anything about the situation. Or Scheana [Shay],” snapped another.
“Vanderpump Rules” fans dragged the “America’s Got Talent” judge, 67, for seemingly “justifying” Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss while in a decade-long relationship with Madix.
Other viewers blasted Mandel for not even knowing the bare minimum, like the fact that Leviss and Madix were best friends before the affair was exposed on March 3.

The group’s co-star Lala Kent took to social media to slam Mandel for conducting a “f–king random” interview with “lying” Sandoval.
“It’s not that I don’t dig Howie Mandel. Dope, cool, got it, whatever, but what a weird f–king first interview,” she said.
“That is so f–king random,” Kent continued. “Like, the game show host? The one who fist-bumps you because he’s scared of germs?”
Although Sandoval, 40, and Leviss, 28, attempted to make their relationship work despite the drama, Page Six confirmed that the duo had called it quits earlier this month.
“Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her,” an insider told us as Leviss remains at a mental health facility for treatment.
The Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman was rumored to be dating an influencer named Karlee Hale, but he quickly denied it.
