Reggaeton superstars J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and mega producer Tainy are no strangers to collaborating on certified summer hits. So their latest should come as no surprise. The just-released “Un Día” (which translates to “One Day”) is a sultry, laid-back, bilingual track from the powerhouse trio, but this time, they enlisted the vocals of pop star Dua Lipa.
The song features each individual artist doing what they do best: Balvin delivers smooth lyrics, Bad Bunny supplies the high-energy, and Lipa lends her silky vocals to the catchy chorus. Though the song is a narrative about the overpowering emotions of longing and nostalgia, the track’s infectious melody layered over its relaxed beat guarantees an instant addition to your end-of-summer playlist.

A NEON16-produced track, it also arrives with a corresponding, stunning black-and-white music video directed by Stillz and starring Spanish actress Úrsula Corberó, who stars in the Netflix series Money Heist.
“‘Un Dia’ is one of those special tracks—the whole vibe of creating it was magical and to see it come to life with J. Balvin, Dua Lipa, and Bad Bunny is a dream come true,” Tainy exclusively tells BAZAAR.com. “I can’t wait for people to enjoy it.”
The release of “Un Día” follows a major summer for the trio of artists. All three released critically acclaimed albums this season: Bad Bunny surprised with Las Que No Iban a Salir, Balvin dropped Colores, and Lipa debuted Future Nostalgia.
