Emmerdale star Danny Miller has debuted a whole new look, after deciding to shave his head for charity.
The 29-year-old actor, who plays Aaron Dingle on the popular soap, took to Instagram to show off his new look.
Danny posted a black-and-white video, where he slowly revealed his skinhead look, with Sinead O’Connor’s song, Nothing Compares 2 U, playing in the background.
Clearly missing his day job whilst in lockdown, the actor looks around dramatically, with tears streaming down his face, before ending the video with him breaking into laughter.

Alongside the video, Danny wrote: “You want a job doing.. Thanks to your generous donations for this… #allforcharity #lockdownchop."
Danny’s former Emmerdale co-star and reigning Strictly Come Dancing champ Kelvin Fletcher commented on the post, writing “Hahaahhahaha”, whilst Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd accused the star of raiding the make-up cupboard at work.
“You raid make ups tear stick before lockdown Danny” he wrote, to which Danny responded, “the Shakespearean ‘eyes wide open and thou pal waft just before the take’ – Dave’s favourite that innit?”
Danny isn’t the only soap-star to have taken the plunge and shaved their hair off for charity, with his Emmerdale co-stars Matthew Wolfenden and Alexander Lincoln, who play David Metcalfe and Jamie Tate respectively, also joining in on the fun.
The actor took part in a good cause and raised an amazing amount of money for children’s bereavement charity, Once Upon A Smile.
The charity took to Twitter to announce the amount of money raised, explaining, “An INCREDIBLE £1,000 has been raised for @DannyBMiller head shave.”

Adding why this money will help people, the charity said, “This is going to allow us to continue to send ‘Essential Food Hampers’ to our families and because of your generosity we’ve already contacted many families for a delivery to them this week. THANK YOU.”
Danny’s charitable efforts comes as he, along with the rest of his Emmerdale co-stars are unable to film, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic forcing the UK into lockdown.
As no more episodes can be filmed, ITV have chosen to cut down the number of episodes being broadcasted per week, from six to three.
