Parent reveals hack to store you child’s artwork – it’s easy and will declutter your house

PARENTS who want to hold onto their children’s artwork but also need to declutter now have a solution.

A mother has revealed her easy hack she uses to store her child’s artwork while also keeping the house tidy.

The mom and art teacher revealed on TikTok that her child’s precious art projects are always safe and take up as little room as possible because she keeps paintings and drawings in page protectors inside three-ring binders.

This can be used for any project that fits inside a page protector, but 3-D projects will have to be stored elsewhere.

The mother has also taken to the social media platform to showcase her other artsy parenting tips, such as recipes for play dough and chalk paint.

Parenting hacks are plentiful on the internet and have certainly come in use for others looking for easy and entertaining ways to keep their kids having fun.

Parenting coach Anita Cleare previously shared her top tips for entertaining kids indoors, which is ideal for wintertime.

One particularly interesting idea she shared is to swap out children’s toys so they don’t get bored of them all at once.

“I’d advise parents to put some toys away – box up at least half and hide them for a while.

“You can then get them out again and swap them over,” she said.

She also suggested having family yoga, playing dress-up, and making creations out of recycled boxes.

Another parent of young children shared that she turns to the application Reading Eggs to keep her kids busy while she gets housework done.

“We’ve been using it over the past couple of months and it’s been a revelation. The app is a learning tool for kids aged two [to] 13 and it makes learning fun using a variety of games and activities – the children love it,” she explained.
